Big Update! 1800 point army

WARNING: PIC HEAVY

Well, after a week of painting hell and a painful tournament, with the help of my friend x-ro177 (aka David), here is an army update. Most of the "to do list" is nearly completed.

First of all we have Wrathe Berzerker squad, with Khârn...

You can notice that the bases are not finished. This apply to the whole army :)

Battle brother Bhoar:

Squad leader Ymir:

More Berzerker love, Ariakus squad:

You can notice that i tend to change some unit's name. This isn't because of fluff, but messy fish-like memory. Some people asked to me how I paint this kids. It's very easy:

-Black primer
-Basecoat of Deneb Stone
-Skull White light drybrush
-Then paint shoulderpads and backpack with regal blue. Then gently wash with Asurmen blue.

The weathering is pretty easy too. Badab Black is added in the receses and places you want to shade with a detail brush, and when dried, a light drybrush of Mithril Silver.

The bronze is easy too. Just a basecoat of Dark Flesh and a very light drybrush with shining gold. For the leather is just a coat of Dark Flesh then washed with Devlan Mud.

The blood is very tricky. You need a mix of Red Ink (just a normal one for stylographic or something like that) and the old GW ink Flesh Wash. Maybe you want to add some satin varnish -I use the Vallejo ones.

Battle brother Hroth:

But not all of the army are berzerkers, also have some flying one (raptors, of course). There is a pic from the squad leader (squad pics are lost in the warp):

And here we go. Tactical squad Darkt:

And tactical squad Grond (yeah, like Sauron's hammer!):

Grond side shot:

The ol'style Sargeant rank badge is painted with Tanned Flesh, then highlighted with Golden Yellow and then added a Gore Red dot.

Battle brothers Surt and Agni:

Skane devastator squad:

Indra devastator squad:

Deus Irae Knight class Titan detached from the Legio Magna:

Full army heavy support (blurry pic):

Hidden Strenght, command RH1N0.

Left shot:

And that's all folks! More to come, so stay tunned!

C&C very welcome.
